Shift Timings:
Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, (Work From Office)

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  2. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

  4. Conduct interviews (both phone and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  6. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the company.

  7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

  8. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's / Master's Degree

2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, in Non-IT Recruitment ( Sales Recruitment / Edtech Hiring Preferred)

3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.

4. Good with English communication and presentable

5. Comfortable with 100+ Calls a day and completing monthly joining Targets.
