**Job Title**: Senior Sales Executive (Telecalling & Field Sales)

**Job Timing**:

- **10 AM to 9 PM** (Flexible, with 1-2 hours break in the second half)
- **India & International Client Coverage**

**Salary & Incentives**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
- **Monthly Sales Target**:₹3,00,000 - ₹5,00,000**:

- **Incentive**:5% of total sales value** (Example: ₹15,000 for ₹3L sales, ₹25,000 for ₹5L sales)
- **Incentive is paid monthly on the 10th**:

- **Performance-based salary + incentive increase in 3-6 months**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling & Field Sales (Hybrid Role)**:

- **Make a minimum of 250 calls daily** with at least **2.5 hours of daily total call duration**:

- Conduct **client visits and field sales meetings** to close deals
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Explain software solutions and services to potential customers
- Maintain CRM records and manage customer interactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets to unlock incentives

**Eligibility & Requirements**:

- **Location**: Pune, Maharashtra
- **Age**: 25-35 years
- **Education**: BCA/Diploma in Computer Science or IT (Business mindset preferred)
- **Experience**:5-7 years in sales (telecalling & field sales experience required)**:

- **Languages**: Fluent in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** (Good writing & speaking skills)
- **Technical Requirements**:

- Laptop/Desktop (i5 processor, 500 GB storage)
- Mobile with a stable internet connection

- Energetic, empathetic, intelligent, and creative
- Positive attitude with ethical business values
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Ability to manage both telecalling and field sales activities
