- Identify and target new business opportunities in the international shipping market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and visits.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree + Any graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven track record of success in international sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
