Experience as a Customer Support Associate for a **banking process with adequate knowledge of credit cards/phone banking/CASA products.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrated skills in resolving customer-related issues in a professional manner within the time limits
- Following up with customers for any further information
- Adhere to the company data privacy and policies
- Handle outbound calling.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
