- Maintain a **positive attitude **focused on customer satisfaction.
- 2. Ability to handle clients query and **escalate this to the Higher authority.**:

- 3**. Understanding the customer query and solve it quickly and smartly.**:

- Inbound calling and Outbound calling for customer service.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Salary**:CTC might go upto 3 LPA to 4LPA**
