**Associate Inside Sales Representative**:
**Where**: Hyderabad, India

**- Identifying sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining prospects’ database
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Establish and maintain a relationship with prospective clients
- Schedule 1:1 meeting with prospects
- Maintain inside sales activity records in CRM
- Meet weekly and quarterly inside sales targets and log all prospecting activity in CRM
- Position the value of Gramener’s offerings to prospects and partners requirements
- Be hungry and have the desire to drive top-line revenue
- Must be aggressive and dynamic with the right attitude
- Must be confident and should have a pleasing personality
**Required skillset**:
- Have excellent relationship building and organizational skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-changing field.
**You must have**:
- 0 -2 years’ experience in business development/ cold calling or as inside sales rep
- Willingness to work in 5 to 2 PM IST shift.
- MBA in Sales and Marketing [preferred]
- excellent communication skills
- a go-getter attitude to go the extra mile & achieve targets.
