**Job Title: Payments and Billing Executive / Accounts Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
We specialise in Service Administration of Warranty Programs for a wide variety of products including Warranty,Extended warranty, Insurance claims etc. for IT, Office Automation, Mobility, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Consumer Durables etc.

We have state-of-the-art service operations, accounts and billing software for end-to-end claims management.

To strengthen the team, we are hiring **Payments and Billing Executives / Accounts Assistants**.

This position is responsible for managing payments to customers and service centres, billing the claims and associated works.

**Responsibilities**:
The role requires the following:
1. Manage and monitor all customer payments and billings
2. Process and reconcile customer payments and invoices
3. Monitor overdue payments and take corrective action
4. Collaborate with the Accounts Department in resolving complex issues

**Requirements**:
1. Must be able to communicate in **English** and **Hindi.**

2. Should be highly motivated and result oriented

3. Analytical and Numerical skills are mandatory

4. Ideally from Insurance Claims / Service Centre / Repair processes background

**Required Qualifications**

1. B.Com. / M. Com with 2+ years of experience
2. Good working knowledge on Excel

**Location**:Jasola, New Delhi (Adjacent to Jasola Apollo Metro Station)

**Remuneration**
- Annual CTC - Rs.2,40,000/- to Rs.3,60,000/- depending upon experience
- Company believes in regular performance linked incentives

**Working hours**
Office hours are 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Saturday; extended working hours may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
