**The Big Picture**:
As the Centre of Excellence Associate at Illumine-i, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CHRO & Division heads in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline processes, manage key HR & business functions, and foster a productive and engaging work environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that HR initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and contribute to the overall success of Illumine-i.

**What can you expect as Centre of Excellence Associate at Illumine-i?**

**Budget Management**:

- You’ll assist in the planning, tracking, and management of the HR budget.
- You’ll ensure alignment of expenditures with the approved budget.
- You’ll provide regular financial reports and updates to the CHRO.

**Monthly Business Review Management**:

- You’ll prepare and organize monthly business review meetings.
- You’ll compile and present data and reports for review.
- You’ll ensure follow-up on action items and decisions from the meetings.

**Calendar Management**:

- You’ll manage the CHRO’s and HR team’s annual, monthly, weekly, and daily calendars.
- You’ll schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- You’ll anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.

**Meeting Coordination**:

- You’ll schedule, organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- You’ll prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
- You’ll ensure meeting objectives are met and track follow-up actions.

**121 & Skips Management**:

- You’ll schedule and manage one-on-one and skip-level meetings.
- You’ll ensure effective communication channels between employees and management.
- You’ll track and document feedback and action items from these meetings.

**External Event Management**:

- You’ll plan and manage participation in external HR events and conferences.
- You’ll handle logistics, travel arrangements, and registration for participants.
- You’ll represent Illumine-i at events when necessary.

**Self & Team’s OKRs & KPI Management**:

- You’ll monitor and track Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the HR team.
- You’ll ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- You’ll report on progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Board Management**:

- You’ll assist in preparing materials and reports for board meetings.
- You’ll ensure timely communication and distribution of board documents.
- You’ll maintain records and track action items from board meetings.

**Self & Team’s Appraisal Management**:

- You’ll coordinate the performance appraisal process for the HR team.
- You’ll ensure timely completion and follow-up on development plans.
- You’ll support the CHRO in evaluating team performance.

**PTW Sessions & Team Building Events**:

- You’ll plan and organize Personal Training and Wellness (PTW) sessions.
- You’ll facilitate team-building activities to enhance team cohesion.
- You’ll evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives and make improvements as needed.

**Team’s Fun at Work Management**:

- You’ll develop and manage initiatives to create a fun and engaging work environment.
- You’ll organize activities that promote team spirit.
- You’ll foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

**Dashboards Management**:

- You’ll create and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- You’ll provide regular updates to the CHRO and HR team.
- You’ll ensure data accuracy and relevance.

**Team Offsite Management**:

- You’ll plan and execute offsite meetings and retreats for the HR team.
- You’ll handle logistics, agendas, and activities to ensure productive and enjoyable events.
- You’ll gather feedback to improve future offsite planning.

**Team Brand Management**:

- You’ll support initiatives to enhance the HR team’s brand within the organization.
- You’ll develop and distribute communication materials to promote HR programs & successes.

**Team’s Rewards & Recognition Management**:

- You’ll coordinate reward and recognition programs for the HR team.
- You’ll ensure timely recognition of achievements and contributions.

**Special Projects**:

- You’ll lead or participate in special projects as assigned by the CHRO.
- You’ll ensure successful execution and delivery.
- You’ll provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
