Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Manage online appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling through our clinic’s software or website.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate medicine-related requests (e.g., prescription refills, availability queries).
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient care.
- Handle billing, process payments (cash, card, or insurance), and issue receipts.
- Keep the front office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking of office or medical supplies.
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders or feedback as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software, MS Office (Word, Excel), and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and malayalam to cater to diverse patients.
- Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹8,505.04 - ₹15,000.00 per month
