Job Overview

We are seeking a polite, organized, and professional Lady Front Office Staff to join our medical clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing online appointments, handling medicine-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival.
  • Manage online appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling through our clinic's software or website.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate medicine-related requests (e.g., prescription refills, availability queries).
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient care.
  • Handle billing, process payments (cash, card, or insurance), and issue receipts.
  • Keep the front office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking of office or medical supplies.
  • Follow up with patients for appointment reminders or feedback as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software, MS Office (Word, Excel), and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and malayalam to cater to diverse patients.
  • Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
