Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and energetic Front Office Staff member who will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. We are a medical clinic that provides home care and specialised care for all type of wounds.
This role involves managing front office operations, handling incoming calls, providing customer support, and engaging in telecalling activities to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate department/person, and manage inquiries efficiently.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/front office area.
- Perform telecalling activities including lead follow-up, customer feedback calls, and service reminders.
- Record and update customer details, inquiries, and feedback in the system.
- Support sales and service teams with customer coordination tasks.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining office calendars.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as mail, courier management, and office supplies coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in front office, customer service, or telecalling roles will be an advantage.
- Prior experience with the medical, hospital or medical diagnostics is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polite and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
Reporting To: Operations Head
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
