**Working Days**:5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

**Working Hours**: 6 PM- 3AM /8 PM - 5AM (Night Shift)

**Qualification**:Any Graduate

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain CRM records of sales activities and interactions.
- Pitch products/services with strong product knowledge.
- Handle orders, service requests, and complaints.
- Provide solutions, after-sales support, and address customer issues.
- Assist in sales & lead generation to drive business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and share market insights.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools/software.
- Time management & multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in sales/support is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
