- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with proficiency in a third language being advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and delivering results.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
