Intern - Creator Onboarding (Kannada - Sharechat)

**Internship Overview**:
ShareChat is looking for a Kannada Intern - Content and Operations, with a critical and analytical mindset who can handle various strategic responsibilities like creator onboarding operations, creator identification, and stakeholder management. You should be able to manage projects, and generate valuable insights, interfacing across the team that drive operational excellence across the entire platform.
**What you’ll do**:
Evaluate all the creator-leads for quality of content & creation and onboard as per the requirements
Responsible for managing internal as well as external team operations related to creator-onboarding
Come up with innovative ways to identify new creators across different content-categories
Collaborate, consult, and effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to business leaders
**Who you are**:
Driven to learn more about Short Video Content and Creators.
Self-starter, capable of taking initiative and working with mínimal direction.
Ask questions to clearly align yourself with day-to-day tasks.
Basic skills in MS-Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
Highly collaborative, flexible, team player, and result-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up culture.
