Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations Intern (Creator Acquisitions & Onboarding) who is experienced with or interested in live audio streaming platforms and will be instrumental in helping us build more communities in audio chatrooms and identifying astrologers and devotional personalities.

In this role, you would be responsible for identifying regional content creators(Astrologers, spiritual personalities in Malayalam languages), onboarding, and growing their portfolios on the platform. Developing content strategies to achieve maximum engagement and service goals for the accounts they are servicing. Special focus needs to be given to boosting the Astrology & Devotion Category on ShareChat.

Chatrooms are meant for the ShareChat users community to get into an audio chat and text chat with fellow users. You will be responsible for designing and driving interactions in the Chatrooms, identifying new user demands, and building the right supply.

**What you’ll do**:
Acquire an understanding and share the content needs of the ShareChat platform and make sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with his/her portfolio of content creators.
Sourcing and networking with astrologers from different platforms
Conversion of raw leads into a successful astrology content creator on Chatrooms

**Who you are**:
Written and spoken fluency in Malayalam language and business proficiency in English
Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends especially in the astrology & devotion category
Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must.
Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with strategic users.
