The platform has been designed for artists and creators to create innovative short video content and display their creativity to millions, globally. At ShareChat we are spearheading India's internet revolution. By providing a meaningful social experience, we are determining how the next billion users will interact on the internet.
**Internship Overview**:
We are looking for interns who are experienced in audio streaming and will be instrumental in helping us build more communities in audio chatrooms and identifying chatroom topics, particularly for the Category - News/Trends/Business/IT/Sports. In this role, you would be responsible for identifying content creators(News/Trends/Business/IT/Sports), onboarding, and growing their portfolios on the platform. Developing content strategies and campaign planning to achieve maximum engagement. Special focus needs to be given to boosting the Category News/Trends/Business/IT/Sports on the ShareChat. You will have to send notifications, take end-to-end care of the categories assigned.
Chatrooms are meant for ShareChat users community to get into an audio chat and text chat with fellow users. You will be responsible for designing and driving interactions in the Chatrooms, identifying new user demand, and building the right supply.
**What you’ll do**:
Acquire an understanding and share the content needs of the ShareChat platform and make sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with his/her portfolio of content creators (News/Trends/Business/IT/Sports)
Running unique and interesting campaigns to keep the creator community engaged
Resolve any issues and problems faced by his/her portfolio of content creators promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
**Who you are**:
Written and spoken fluency in Malayalam language and business proficiency in English
Will have a deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture and will be able to identify needs and requirements to ensure deeper engagement and reach for his/ her portfolio of content creators (News/Trends/Business/IT/Sports)
Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends.
Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must.
Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
Discipline and rigor to ensure day to day tasks are closed with no lags
Attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with strategic users.
