What does the team do?

In this role, you would be responsible for identifying regional content creators, onboarding, and growing their portfolios on the platform. Developing content strategies and campaign planning to achieve maximum engagement and service goals for the accounts they are servicing. Special focus needs to be given to boosting the Emotions Category on ShareChat. You will have to send notifications, take end-to-end care of the categories assigned. Categories here mean different genres in which contents come up. For example, devotion, comedy & fun, literature, arts & crafts.

What You’ll Do?

Acquire an understanding and share the content needs of the ShareChat platform and make sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with his/her portfolio of content creators.
Running unique and interesting campaigns to keep the creator community engaged
Resolve any issues and problems faced by his/her portfolio of content creators promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Who are you?

Written and spoken fluency in Hindi language and business proficiency in English
Will have a deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture and will be able to identify needs and requirements to ensure deeper engagement and reach for his/ her portfolio of content creators.
Basic skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheet) and MS Word (or Google Doc)
Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
Deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture
Discipline and rigor to ensure day to day tasks are closed with no lags
Attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with strategic users.
