The problem Ivy Homes is trying to solve is the first of its kind in India; you’ll be in the front seat of disruption of real estate using AI/ML/software. With the help of AI & ML, Ivy Homes is using data from various channels across industries to predict the prices of an apartment. **As a nextgen entity,** Ivy Homes is building systems for handling millions of GBs of data which has to be safely stored over the years to find trends in the housing market.

Our core team comprises IIT Kharagpur and IIT Kanpur alumni with excellent business and technology acumen. We are backed by marquee Venture Capitalists in the ecosystem, including Y-Combinator, Khosla Ventures, Global Founders Capital, and Venture Highway. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic people to join us on this journey.

**OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - ROLE SUMMARY**

Our operations team is responsible for inspecting the prospective properties and renovating and maintaining the properties acquired by the acquisition team. As an Operations Associate, you’re the person in the field who monitors the renovation work happening across different properties. You will work across stakeholders, including Ivy’s Acquisition Team, Sales, Finance, and CRM teams. You will work closely with the Operations Manager. Your role will combine field operations, inspection reporting, and troubleshooting.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- You will be visiting properties being renovated and supervising the work; you will have to adhere to strict timelines
- You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors for home inspections - check every aspect of apartments wherever necessary
- You will be facilitating sales visits by ensuring the apartments remain clean and neat
- You will be required to do a quality check for all the work being completed and report any non-satisfactory work to the vendor and your manager.
- You’re responsible for a smooth property handover to the sales team to drive things from here on.
- You are the face and voice of the brand for our vendors and the societies where our properties are located, and you must live our values (Get Things Done; Be a Good Person) in everything you say & do.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE**
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar kind of role (real estate industry is preferred, but not mandatory)
- Enthusiasm to work in the field and get your hands dirty.
- Proficient in English or Hindi, knowing Kannada is preferred
- A go-getter attitude, with the will to do what it takes and be flexible with a pure outcome focus
- A 2-wheeler vehicle for travelling across Bangalore.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
