Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Operations Associate located in Bangalore Urban. The Credit Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to credit processing, analyzing financial data, assisting customers with their credit needs, and ensuring smooth execution of credit operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proficient Analytical Skills
- Customer Service experience and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a financial institution is a plus
- Familiarity with credit products and financial instruments is beneficial
