**Job Overview**:
You will work towards developing strategies to build UGC and PGC content supply, drive regular communication with the user community and will be actively involved in increasing creator engagement on Sharechat.
**What you’ll do**:
Analyse and acquire an understanding of content needs of the platform. Share the content needs of the platform with the creators.
Understand the creator's interests and help them in creating better content. Identify and manage content creators, on-board and grow their portfolio on the platform
Serve as a link of communication between content creators and internal teams. Operate as the point of contact for regular support on operational matters.
Work with the team in developing and implementing content/creator strategies.
Onboarding of creators.
**Who you are**:
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in Hindi.
Deep interest in the local culture, trends; as well as a good understanding of social media platforms and content alike.
Basic skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheet) and MS Word (or Google Doc).
Strong ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
Discipline and rigor to ensure day to day tasks are closed with no delays; and you pay attention to detail.
Previous experience in managing online community relations, marketing is a plus
