Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Intern to join our Bangalore office. The role involves supporting core operations and system building initiatives, working directly with our internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and streamlining operational systems across functions.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow execution.
  • Maintain process documentation and trackers as required.
  • Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and quick learner with minimal need for supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
