What does the team do?
Chatrooms are meant for ShareChat users community to get into an audio chat and text chat with fellow users. You will be responsible for designing and driving interactions in the Chatrooms, identifying new user demand, and building the right supply.
Developing content strategies and campaign planning to achieve maximum engagement and service goals for the accounts they are servicing. Special focus needs to be given to boosting the Astrology & Devotion Category on ShareChat. You will have to send notifications, take end-to-end care of the categories assigned.
What You’ll Do?
Acquire an understanding and share the content needs of the ShareChat platform and make sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with his/her portfolio of content creators(Astrologers, spiritual personalities)
Running unique and interesting campaigns to keep the creator community engaged
Resolve any issues and problems faced by his/her portfolio of content creators promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Who are you?
Written and spoken fluency in Telugu language and business proficiency in English
Will have a deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture and will be able to identify needs and requirements to ensure deeper engagement and reach for his/ her portfolio of content creators(Astrologers, spiritual personalities)
Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends especially in the astrology & devotion category
Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must.
Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
Discipline and rigor to ensure day to day tasks are closed with no lags
Attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with strategic users.
