- corporates, manufacturing industries and other sectors, designing data, collection critical information, collecting important statistical information & checking, verifying and investigating the background or working of the enterprises and their credibility and credit worthiness as well as examining their growth, expansion and reasons for struggle and becoming sick or NPA.
The Job Opportunity is available at Mumbai office, located at Andheri East.
- Review & investigate the background of the enterprise for further solution.
- Analyzing financial and credit data, creating financial models, conducting investment research, and managing assets.
- Business Valuation and Business Transformation
- Preparing strategies for transformation of enterprises
- Preparing strategies for SMEs for private equity and growth investment
- Mergers and Acquisitions formalities, compliances and execution
- Assessment of creditworthiness of existing or prospective Enterprises
- Managing client portfolios and providing recommendations on credit and investment decisions.
- Preparing documents and complete formalities for growth, profitability and credibility
- Complete ratio, trend and cash flows analyses and create projections.
- Deliver a multidimensional perspective on the investment outlook in an accessible and informative manner.
- Risk mitigation strategies
- Preparation of information of Borrowers and Prospective clients
- Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns.

- Credit check: 5 years (preferred)
