**Job Title**: Administrative Executive
**Location**: Banashankari, Bengaluru

**About the Company**:
**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative Executive** (fresher or early career) to support daily office operations. The role will involve handling administrative tasks, coordinating with teams, and assisting with basic accounting activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office administration (documentation, filing, correspondence).
- Support HR and recruitment coordination when required.
- Handle vendor coordination and office supplies management.
- Assist in maintaining basic accounting records (invoices, expense tracking, petty cash).
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and office events.
- Provide general support to the management team.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Management/Administration preferred.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
