About the Opportunity:
We are seeking **dynamic and skilled professionals** with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team at **Mibestie Executive Assistants**.
This role offers a blend of **virtual support services** and **on-field operations** depending on the client's requirements.
We are hiring across multiple sectors including **Accounts, Social Media Management, Administrative Support, and Field Operations**.
Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts and Finance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports.
- Work with accounting software like **Tally, QuickBooks, Xero**.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Run basic paid ad campaigns under guidance.
- Monitor audience engagement and report analytics.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for campaigns.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Virtual client communication and CRM updates.
Field Operations (Field Workers)
- Visit client locations for documentation, verification, and deliveries.
- Onsite data collection, basic survey work, or marketing activities.
- Assist in event coordination and field marketing activities.
- Act as the brand ambassador during field activities.

Executive Support
Virtual Executive Assistant: Manage executive schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.
Operations Management
Virtual Office Manager: Streamline virtual office operations and team coordination.
Project Coordinator: Assist in planning, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks.
Client / Customer Support
Virtual Receptionist: Serve as the first point of contact for client communications.
Administrative Support
Data Entry Specialist: Maintain accurate records and database management with speed and precision.
Finance and Billing
Virtual Bookkeeper: Handle financial records, reconciliations, and prepare reports.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant: Manage billing, invoicing, and follow-up on financial transactions.
Human Resources
Virtual HR Assistant: Support employee onboarding, record-keeping, and HR administration tasks.
Recruiter: Source, screen, and recommend top talent for growing businesses.
Marketing and Communications
Social Media Manager: Develop and execute social media strategies for brand growth.
Content Writer / Copywriter: Create compelling content for websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
IT and Technical Support
Virtual IT Support Specialist: Provide technical troubleshooting, updates, and remote support.
Systems Administrator: Oversee server systems, ensure cybersecurity measures, and manage system maintenance.
Document and Knowledge Management
Document Controller: Maintain, organize, and manage critical business documents.
Knowledge Base Manager: Create and maintain internal knowledge repositories for easy access and learning.
Procurement and Vendor Management
Virtual Procurement Assistant: Support sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes efficiently.
Legal and Compliance Support
Contract Administrator: Draft, review, and manage company contracts and agreements.
Compliance Officer: Ensure that company practices meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in relevant fields (Accounts, Social Media, Admin, Field Work).
- **Education**: Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
- **Skills Required**:
- Strong knowledge of accounting or financial principles.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask between virtual and field assignments.
- Comfortable with travel within the city (for field roles).
Working Days : Monday - Saturday 9am to 6pm
Timings: 9:00Am to 6:00Pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹250.00 per hour
