Person having a good experience in home têxtile products.
- Greetings customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Responsible for the placement and sales of our products in retail outlet.
- Help customers find merchandise and purchase products in a store.
- Managing the relationships with the customers effectively and derives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Their duties include ensuring the store is appropriately stocked with merchandise, assisting customers as needed and performing transactions like sales and returns.
- Work actively towards building professional relationships with potential and existing customers which will increase sales revenue.
- Achieve targeted profits, sales turnover and customer service levels as outlined and agreed to in the business plan.
- Ask customers what they are looking for and show them at least three or four options.
- Monitor availability and sales of the product across all retail channel.
- Breaking through competition activities and penetrating the product portfolio in the targeted retail store.
- Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order form store (if needed).
- Cross selling and upselling to each and every customer when appropriate such as cushion covers, curtains and bed covers etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,353.55 - ₹20,718.07 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales executive: 3 years (preferred)
- Home furnishing & Garments: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
