**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and prioritize the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external teams, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Monitor and manage key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

**Strategic Assistance**:

- Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in drafting proposals, reports, and strategic plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and relevant developments, providing periodic briefs.

**Event Coordination**:

- Organise and coordinate high-level meetings, events, and conferences.
- Handle logistics, attendee communication, and post-event follow-ups.

**Personal Support**:

- Provide occasional personal assistance, including managing personal appointments, errands, and travel plans.


**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
