Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Growth Manager-Founder's Office. The Growth Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales initiatives, managing projects, and driving data-driven strategies to enhance business growth. The role will require close collaboration with the Founder's office to execute strategic plans, analyze market trends, and communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Analytics
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and Project Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
