**Work Location**: Besant Nagar, Chennai.

**Salary: 2.2 L to 3.2 L**

**Languages**:Tamil & English (mandatory) **, **other languages are added advantages.
- **Freshers are welcome with Good communication in English.**:

- Looking quick learner with creative technique.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Reporting to Manager and providing support to team
- Having experience in Admin/recruitment as an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
