Customer Care Executive

**Job Summary**:
MrMed is looking for Customer Care Executives to assist its customers for order support over telephone/ chat channels. As a sales & support executive, you will be the brand ambassador of MrMed and will be responsible for ensuring customers are always delighted by our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Single point of contact for order tracking and all sales support to customers on chat and call platforms
- Incoming and outgoing calls/ chats to keep customers updated regarding their order status
- Coordination with all the other departments to ensure assisting customers at the earliest
- Escalating issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of the customer needs and effective resolution of their concerns
- Temperament for handling customers with care and in a clear and convincing manner
- Ability to persuade effectively and demonstrate empathy towards customers
**Desired Profile/Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in Hindi is must
- Proficiency in computer and CRM/ticketing software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and effective resolution of their concerns
- Temperament for handling customers with care and in a clear and convincing manner
