**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Customer Relationship Executive (E-Channel Sales)**
- Provide exceptional sales and service support through digital platforms.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers as per business requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintenance of client records.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Mandatory**:Graduation (Full-time or Part-time)

**- Communication Skills**:

- Fluent in **English**& **Hindi**for CRT roles.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**- Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

**-Shift Timings**:

- **RIO (10 AM to 7:30 PM)**and **E-Channel (9:30 AM to 7:30 PM)**fixed shifts.

**- Work Schedule**:

- 5 days a week.
- 2 rotational off-days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Work Location: In person
