We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales, E-commerce team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients (primarily online sellers) to promote E-commerce solutions and services, understand their business needs and convert them into active clients through consultative sales techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription based solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale their online presence.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and client updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support and issue resolution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and platform updates.
- Participate in training programs and team reviews to consistently enhance sales capabilities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in E-commerce & digital marketing,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Strong problem solving ability and client-first attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and seller enablement strategies.
- Ability to handle objections and deliver value driven sales pitches.
