**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive for our product support team. The role will involve educating and address the issues of existing and new customers. You will get significant exposure that will provide you a suitable career platform.
At **Kredily** we are building a technology platform to democratize HR Tech and Fintech for Digital India. Backed by a top VC fund, the founding team comes with IIT/IIM credentials and extensive experience in advancing and executing disruptive ideas. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
Product support management for new and existing clients
Address and solve product issues of the customers
Conduct demos and knowledge sharing for the customers
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Understand communication dynamics for a multilingual audience
Track & report product issues as reported by the customers
Collaborate with the sales and product team to improve the product experience
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Any Graduate
2-4 years of experience in product customer support
Previous experience in product support will be a bonus
Knowledge of HR and payroll process will be desirable
**SKILLS**
Good spoken and written English skills, + spoken Hindi skills
Technology savvy with keen interest in software product working
Demonstrated customer service orientation
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Work independently with little or no hand-holding
Easily adapt to changing situations and priorities
