We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Retail Finance Coordinator** to support our preowned car sales division. The role involves coordinating end-to-end vehicle finance processes for retail customers, liaising with financial institutions, ensuring compliance, and driving customer satisfaction through timely approvals and documentation support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and facilitate vehicle loan approvals for preowned car customers by liaising with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Assist sales consultants in identifying suitable finance options based on customer profiles and preferences.
- Collect and verify customer documentation required for loan processing, ensuring completeness and compliance.
- Submit finance files to respective financiers and follow up for timely approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain a strong relationship with banking partners and stay updated on changing interest rates, eligibility criteria, and promotional offers.
- Ensure smooth execution of loan disbursement processes in coordination with sales and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all finance transactions and agreements.
- Assist in achieving monthly finance penetration targets.
- Resolve customer finance-related queries and escalate issues when required.
- Support pre-delivery inspection and documentation checks as part of the customer handover process.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive finance processes and documentation.
- Good understanding of credit evaluation and customer profiling.
- Proficiency in handling finance portals and digital documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external finance partners.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in retail vehicle finance, preferably in the preowned car segment.
- Familiarity with NBFC/banking procedures for used car finance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
