**Retail Marketing Coordinator***:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Developing and implementing marketing strategies**:
Marketing executives are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services. This involves conducting market research to identify customer needs, developing marketing plans, and implementing marketing campaigns.
- **Managing campaigns and projects**:
Marketing executives are responsible for managing marketing campaigns and projects. They oversee the development of marketing materials such as advertisements, and online content, and ensure that they are effective in reaching the target audience.
- **Conducting market research**:
Marketing executives must have a good understanding of the market and consumer behaviour. They conduct market research to identify market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
- **Analysing data**:
Marketing executives analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Collaborating with other departments**:
Marketing executives work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
- **Managing budgets**:
Marketing executives are responsible for managing marketing budgets and ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective.
- **Building relationships with stakeholders**:
Marketing executives build relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, and vendors to promote the company's products or services
- **Conduct and co-ordinate Perfumery Workshops**
- **Co-ordination for corporate orders**

**Requirements**:
**Key Task**:

- Once the marketing calendar is prepared -plan with the management team and effectively execute in all the stores with the help of ASM.(Seasonal decor if required )
- Keep constant touch with the mall marketing team and try to participate in events
- which can increase the footfall in stores ( Discount vouchers, Gift coupons ETC ) Help the retail team to get things done by communicating with the media team ( Weekly meetings with ASMs)
- Evaluate the efficacy of marketing activities done by the store manager and ASM ( This need to be discussed)
- Create and discuss Marketing report with Board of directors bi-weekly.

**Expertise and Skills**:

- Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel.
