Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular stock audits for each retail store to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of stock to retail locations.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on stock shrinkage, damages, and losses, and implement strategies to minimize losses.
- Communicate stock availability, promotions, and product information to sales teams and retail staff.
- Serve as the central point of contact between sales teams, retail stores, and head office.

**Key Task**:

- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between actual stock levels and system records.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to schedule deliveries and ensure adequate stock levels at retail stores.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, transfers, and adjustments.
- Monitor stock levels of fast-selling items and initiate reordering processes to prevent stock outs.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and inventory turnover
