We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Civil Draftsman to join our design and project execution team at our Calicut office.

Role Overview

As a Civil Draftsman, you will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and supporting the architectural and engineering teams throughout all project stages. Your work will directly contribute to transforming conceptual designs into precise construction-ready drawings, ensuring smooth coordination between design intent and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drawing & Documentation:
  • Prepare detailed civil drawings, layouts, working plans, and structural detailing using
  • AutoCAD
  • , ensuring precision and clarity for on-site construction teams.
  • Design Coordination:

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into executable civil plans and ensure alignment between architectural and structural drawings.

  • Technical Accuracy:

Ensure all drawings comply with design standards, building codes, and project specifications, maintaining consistency and quality in documentation.Provide technical assistance during project execution by coordinating with site teams, addressing design-related queries, and updating drawings as required.Assist in quantity estimation, layout marking, and preparation of basic BOQs or measurement sheets when needed.Update and maintain drawing records, incorporating revisions based on site conditions, client feedback, or engineering modifications.Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Polytechnic)

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil drafting
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of AutoCAD and familiarity with construction drawing standards
  • Knowledge Areas: Civil and structural detailing, plan development, and working drawing preparation
  • Preferred Experience: Exposure to retail or commercial projects
  • Additional Advantage: Basic knowledge of 3D design software (Lumion / 3ds Max / Revit)
  • Strong attention to detail, precision, and spatial understanding
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
