Key Responsibilities:
**1. ESG Reporting and Compliance**:

- Lead the development and implementation of ESG reporting frameworks and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and reporting standards (e.g., SASB etc.).
- Conduct thorough assessments of ESG risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.

**2. Sustainability Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned

with the company's goals and values.
- Identification and implementation of key sustainability metrics and KPIs to track performance and progress

towards sustainability targets.

**3. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, to communicate ESG initiatives

and performance.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information related to ESG and sustainability practices.

**4. Integration of ESG into Financial Reporting**:

- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to integrate ESG considerations into financial reporting

processes.
- Provide guidance on the identification and valuation of ESG-related assets and liabilities.

**5. Risk Management**:

- Assess and mitigate ESG-related risks and governance issues.
- Develop risk management strategies to enhance the resilience and sustainability of the organization.

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the field of ESG and

sustainability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ESG reporting and

sustainability practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in ESG and sustainability.
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., SASB).
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines related to ESG disclosure and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving change and implementing sustainable business practices.
- Certification or training in sustainability-related disciplines (e.g., CSR, sustainable finance) is a plus.
