**Structured hybrid role**:
**Introduction**:
The role requires good organisational skills, very strong analytical skills, a strong understanding of business controls, sound understanding of Financial Markets (banking and/or markets), good knowledge of sustainable finance/ESG investing, and an ability to prioritise effectively.

What will you be doing?
- Design and implementation of control processes
- Preparation of monthly reporting packs
- Monitoring business activity against frameworks
- Maintenance of ESG frameworks and registers
- Timely escalation of exceptions

**What we’re looking for**:

- Post Graduate (MBA/CA/ME)
- 8-10 years of work Experience in Risk & Controls domain
- Basic knowledge of Banking/Markets Business and products
- Experience of creating dashboards and producing Business MIS
- Strong analytical & presentation skills
- Experience in designing and implementation of controls.
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
- Aptitude for self-learning - Should be able to demonstrate a self-starting attitude.

- Experience in or exposure to Sustainable Finance or ESG governance
