We are looking for an Operations Specialist EPR & ESG for a leading Management Consulting Firm.

**Job Profile**:
Analytical Expertise: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret EPR & ESG data effectively.
Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting purposes.
Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing EPR & ESG performance metrics and trends.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of EPR & ESG objectives and outcomes.
Managerial Skills: Lead and coordinate EPR & ESG operations, overseeing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Technical Skills: Possess a strong technical understanding of environmental sustainability principles and methodologies.
Team Management: Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
Client Management: Engage with clients to understand their EPR & ESG requirements, providing tailored solutions and support.
Stay updated on environmental regulations, laws, and industry standards to ensure compliance and inform decision-making. Monitor changes in environmental rules and regulations and adapt operational strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:
CA /Inter CA with 1 to 3 Years of experience in Statutory and Internal Audits.
CA Freshers with articleship from top firms can also apply
Highly experienced in Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and client management.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
