Shikhar Operation Executive

Role would be responsible for Driving Shikhar Execution for Pan India with the

Support of HUL Field Team & External Team.
- Periodically review and Monitoring of Business metrics and driving desired outcomes.
- Responsible for Shikhar CRM Score and Delivery OTIF Score
- Responsible for Driving Shikhar onboarding, Transacting, and Value Targets.
- Execution of key Micro marketing Plans within timelines.
- Working closely with key stake holder and resolving Retailer issue.
- Role requires Regular market visits Pan India to understand Competitors activities, to understand retailer Feedback and their requirement.

Experience & Skill Required for the Role.
- Strong understanding of Sales Metrics and data.
- Exposure to FMCG B2B Business would be an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate and run network with multiple teams and stake holder (internal & External).
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn web /App based Tools.
- Looking for talent for owner’s mindset, Passion, and agility.
- Proficiency in
- mathematical skills
to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data.
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like
- Excel
,PPT.
- Verbal and Written communication skills.
