**Location**: South Mumbai, Navi Mumbai
**Position Overview**
As a **Field Sales & Operations Executive**, you will be at the heart of AapkaPainter’s mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role blends business development and project management, requiring you to engage with clients, drive sales, and oversee seamless project execution. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that customers’ needs are met from the initial interaction to the final brushstroke.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored painting solutions.
- **Sales Development**: Attend leads, convert inquiries into business opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Site Management**: Oversee painting projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- **End-to-End Ownership**: Manage the complete customer journey—from initial consultation and quotation to execution and feedback collection.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with painters, contractors, and internal teams to address on-site challenges and ensure smooth project flow.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Confidently negotiate terms, finalize deals, and build long-term relationships with clients.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and uphold Aapka Painter’s quality benchmarks.
- **Reporting & Insights**: Prepare and share reports on sales performance, project milestones, and customer satisfaction metrics.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, operations, or project management (painting/renovation industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and two-wheeler (mandatory).
