**Title**: Talent Partner (Technology)
**Location**: Remote in India
**Role Description**:
**What you'll do**:
- Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting expertise for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
- Update reports, HRIS, ATS with appropriate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and help them make confident hiring decisions.
- Extend job offers; negotiate base salary while ensuring internal equity.
- Schedule onsite, final interviews for associate level openings in support of our 4 core fulfillment centers.
- Actively be involved in creating brand awareness through a variety of social media platforms.
- Participate in recruiting events (most likely virtual).
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
**What you'll bring to the table**:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting preferred.
- Technical recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with a specialization in Product (Design, UX, UI, UR & Management) and Engineering (Full Stack, Devops, etc).
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with best recruitment and hiring practices, and the ability to advocate those with multiple hiring managers across multiple disciplines.
