**What Will You Do?**:

- Partner with hiring managers and technical leadership to understand talent needs across engineering, product, and data functions.
- Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the business on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

**What Makes Them a Good Match?**:

- 4-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in a high-growth startup or product company.
- Demonstrated ability to hire for engineering, product, and data roles.
- Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring with agility.
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
- Strong grasp of compensation structures and offer negotiation in the tech landscape.
