Talent Sourcing Partner
Department Human Resources
Reports to Assistant Manager
Work Model WFO
Shift Type Non-Rotational shifts in IST.
Position Summary
Talent Sourcing Partner responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ultimately, a Talent Sourcer will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.
Education and Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream) preferably in human resources or related field
- Strong Interpersonal skills such as communication skills and active listening.
- 1 2 years of work experience in human resources.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (Social platforms & professional networks).
- Building pipeline of talent pool to fill future openings.
- Focus on leveraging all available mediums to ensure an optimum hiring quality within TAT.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Need to manage campus & walk-in drives.
- Create and maintain database of the candidates in the hiring pipeline.
- Create tickets and maintain candidate documents on Applicant Tracking System
