Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Bangalore Working Model: Hybrid Working Hours: 11am-8pmIntro: We are looking for a dynamic and drivenTalent Acquisition Partnerto join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and ensuring seamless talent acquisition delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in BFSI hiring, hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, and the ability to build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline. CSC offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your impact on attracting top talent will directly support our business growth.Key Responsibilities Requirement gathering & Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portal, networking, LinkedIn etc Conduct interviews, plan and implement recruiting events and sourcing activities Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports. Ensure all paperwork is received and completed according to company policy. Responsible for contract management and post offer management. Act as a single point of contact to business stakeholders for all recruiting needs. Influence & administer employee referral process of applicants. Provide external marketplace information to recruiting leadership. Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools (Workday). Review recruit files for completeness. Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request. Identify issues, recommend and implement necessary actions.Desired Skills:3 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment Demonstrative expertise in talent acquisition in BFSI hiring. Expertise in using different sources of hiring related to Finance domain. Develop customized databases of talent pool across multiple job roles. Well versed in working on various job portals & also be able to leverage professional platforms like LinkedIn.
