This role offers a unique opportunity to influence hiring success while advising organizations on workforce planning and talent market trends.Key Responsibilities- Partner with clients to deeply understand their hiring objectives, company culture, and workforce strategies. - Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, candidate assessment, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. - Develop and implement targeted talent sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. - Manage multiple client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to deliver tailored hiring solutions and exceed expectations. - Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and insights on talent availability. - Build well-qualified talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs. - Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates. - Maintain records and reporting in ATS and CRM systems. - Represent SpectraHR in client meetings, championing our recruitment expertise and strengthening partnerships.What We’re Looking For- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and client management. - Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. - Experience with ATS, CRM, and diverse sourcing platforms. - Consultative approach and passion for delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.If you are driven to connect exceptional talent with leading organizations and excel at building client trust, we’d love to hear from you
