Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamicTalent Acquisition Partnerto drive recruitment strategies, ensure timely hiring, and enhance workforce diversity. The ideal candidate should havestrong experience in hiring for Sales functions, diversity hiring, managing hiring within TAT, and leading campus hiring initiatives.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Hiring: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs for theSales functionand develop sourcing strategies. Identify and attract top sales talent across levels through various sourcing channels. Ensure the selection of high-performing sales professionals aligned with business goals. 2. Diversity Hiring: Drivediversity-focused hiring initiativesto ensure an inclusive workforce. Develop partnerships with diversity-focused job boards, networking groups, and recruitment events. Implement best practices to improve the representation of underrepresented groups. 3. Hiring within TAT (Turnaround Time): Optimize recruitment processes tomeet hiring deadlines without compromising quality . Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring adherence to predefined TATs. Work closely with stakeholders to expedite approvals and minimize hiring bottlenecks. 4. Campus Hiring: Design and executecampus recruitment programsto attract fresh talent. Build relationships with universities and business schools to enhance employer branding. Manage campus hiring events, internships, and graduate trainee programs.Key Requirements: ✅ 4 + yearsof experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales hiring. ✅ Proven expertise indiversity hiring strategies . ✅ Experience incampus hiring initiatives and university relations . ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andmeet hiring TATs . ✅ Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. ✅ Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven hiring approaches.Preferred Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience inhigh-volume hiringenvironments. Prior experience ina B2B or B2C sales-driven organization .
