Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisor oversees the operations of the front desk, ensures exceptional guest service, and manages the front office team to deliver a memorable stay experience for all guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure efficient handling of reservations, room assignments, and payments.
- Manage and train front office staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor front desk supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to exceed guest expectations.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
- Min 1-2 years of proven experience in front office or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
- A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting.
