Auto Electrican Hemm Maintenance

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in HEMM equipment.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Service and repair alternators, starters, wiring harnesses, lighting systems, relays, fuses, and switches.
- Troubleshoot ECU/ECM systems and electronic control circuits.
- Use diagnostic tools (Multimeters, Scanners) for effective fault-finding.
- Install electrical accessories and modifications as per operational requirements.
- Maintain service logs, breakdown records, and job cards.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and use of PPE.
- ITI in Auto Electrician / Electrical Trade (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HEMM electrical maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of HEMM brands like BEML, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Experience in mining or infrastructure sector preferred.
- Willingness to work at project site in Dhori, Jharkhand.
